Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a 14-day refund & cancellation policy, which means you have 14 days after ordering to request a return/cancel the order.

To cancel an order, please email customerservices@acsrental.co.uk.

No refunds are available for cancellations made 14 days before the dispatch date.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch in certain circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
