Need a different size? Let us know before midday, Monday–Friday, and we'll get the new size to you the next working day.

Sending your suit back

No dry cleaning, no fuss — our team takes care of that once it's back with us. Just three steps:

1. Pack it up: Everything goes back in the box it arrived in. No need to separate or clean anything.
2. Get your free label: Use this link to generate your DPD return label through the DPD Returns Portal. You'll need your order number (e.g. ACS-1234).
3. Drop it off: Take the sealed box to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop, or book a free doorstep collection instead.

That's it. Once it's back with us, you're all done.
