You can never be too early to hire! Get booked in as early as you can to guarantee your sizes. But if you have a last minute event, we should still be able to help!
We recommend selecting a delivery date 4 days before your event. This allows time for any size replacements and accounts for possible courier delays.
If this falls on a weekend, please select the previous Friday instead to ensure timely delivery.
You can choose to have your outfits delivered to your home or another convenient address (UK Mainland only).
Travelling or need it longer? You can select a longer rental period for a small additional charge — perfect if you're heading out of town early or just want extra time to return your items stress-free.
Unfortunately, we are currently only hiring these with a suit package.
Please take a look at our measuring and size guides. Do you have a suit in your wardrobe? This is a great place to start. If you still need help, please get in touch, we will do our best to help!
We don't currently offer a try on service as this would impact our stock for functions, however we suggest you choose a delivery date in plenty time before your function to try on and leave time for any changes needed.
Yes! You can add as many outfits to your basket as you'd like. Just make sure your groomsmen provide their sizing details before you complete the booking. Alternatively, they can place their own orders for delivery to their address.
Our designated courier is DPD. They are trackable and you will get a text message on the morning of delivery with a 1-hour timeframe and choices to leave it in a safe spot if you're not home
We ask you try on your outfit as soon as it arrives so we have time to send out any replacements needed. If you need a size replacement please contact our team on 08085001314 and we will arrange a replacement. If you let us know by 11am, we will get the changes to you the next working day.
You will find the accessories in the zip pocket on the back of the suitbag.
No, just pop everything back in the suitbag and box. Our expert processing team takes care of the rest when it's back with us.

We hope you are able to return on time, but if there is a delay, we charge £10 per day for late returns according to our T&Cs up the to maximum cost of replacing the suit.
We understand accidents happen and our expert cleaners are ready to tackle any spills that may have occurred, this can be covered with our Peace of Mind add on. However, if it us found the damage is deemed malicious, we reserve the right to charge according to our T&Cs.
