So first up I'd say the suits looked brilliant honestly much better then the image delivery was good as was the return system (which was one of the reasons we whe t with them over a local tailor who would need stuff collected and delivered by hand).

Only slight issue was the suits where on the tight side (useable but tight), in some specific parts of the suit. I think they need to include a few more measurements to get a complete package/know they are sending the right size.

Very good service. Order and delivery were very efficient. Green suit arrived on date specified. It was a good fit (sleeves a bit long!) and the material was a good quality and perfect for my son’s wedding.
The returns label and form could have been a bit easier and intuitive to find.
All in all very satisfied.

I ordered a suit for a wedding, I've rented before and had some difficulty, but the process was super simple and it clearly set out when I would receive the order. The customer service team were great. I would definitely order again!
