What’s the difference between a tuxedo and a dinner jacket?

A tuxedo and a dinner jacket are the same thing. In Britain people say “dinner jacket,” and in the U.S. people say “tuxedo.” Both have shiny satin on the lapels and trouser stripe and are worn with a bow tie for black-tie events.

What’s included in a hire package?

Every package comes with a jacket, trousers, waistcoat, crisp white shirt with cufflinks, your choice of neckwear & pocket square, plus polished shoes. No hidden extras—just pick your outfit.

What if the suit doesn’t fit when I try it on?

Our Fit Guarantee keeps you covered. Try the suit the day it arrives. If anything’s off, tell us right away and we’ll ship the right size next-day for free.

How long can I keep the suit?

The standard hire is 6 days, but you can extend to 9 days for a small extra fee. Simply select your preferred rental period during checkout.

What’s the difference between a tie, bow tie and ruche?

Tie: Long and straight, knotted at the collar—classic for business and formal events.
Bow tie: Short strip tied into a neat bow—sharp and a bit playful, perfect for black-tie nights.
Ruche (ruched tie/cravat): Wider fabric gathered in soft folds that sits under the collar—gives a stylish, wedding-ready look when worn with a waistcoat.

Choose your delivery date

Select a delivery date about 4 days before your event, so you have time to try everything on and request a next-day size swap if required.

Add Your Sizes

Already know your suit size? Type them in and you’re done. Not sure? Check out our short “How to Measure” video and follow along with a tape measure.

Wear it & Send it Back

Enjoy your big day. When you’re done, put all items back in the box, stick on the free DPD return label and drop it off (or book a pick-up). No cleaning needed.
